The Revenue Generation Virtual Training Program (VTP) provides a framework for your business developments activities, helping you prioritize your opportunities and ultimately grow your book of business. We provide best practices and business development tools for you to use in real-time as you perfect your business development strategy and approach.

Through the Revenue Generation VTP, you will hone your networking skills, brainstorm and refine your target opportunity list, effectively introduce other services within in your firm for cross-sell opportunities, walk through the stages of client pitches and RFPs including follow-up and handling objections, learn to use client teams to strengthen your current client relationships and create opportunities for additional work in new areas, and more. The Challenges in this VTP provide the tools for you to reach and exceed your business development goals and strengthen your book of business.

Like the other VTPs, this program uses the Action-Feedback-Trigger (AFT) model. This type of experiential learning is effective because it helps establish lasting behavior changes. The completion rate is 20 times higher than that of a regular LMS system. Learners are also 10 times more likely to retain the knowledge they learn through this type of training model. Additionally, the IN3 program provides virtual access to a Society 54 coach with extensive marketing and business development experience.

Like all programs, this takes user commitment. You will get out of it what you put in to it. The ability to establish and grow client relationships is a process – it requires consistency, staying on top of current market trends, and commitment. As with every program in IN3, we want to encourage you to really take your time going through these modules. Your thoughtfulness in responding to the questions and your attention to the activities and habits are what will truly pay off in the end. Be sure to utilize your virtual coach and feel free to engage with your community at any time. The Revenue Generation Virtual Training Program should take you approximately three months to complete. And don’t worry, we will be with you every step of the way.
